20 Shows you need to watch on Netflix!

Hello my wonderful readers!

Let’s be honest here, almost everyone has Netflix now a days, And I’m going to say that most of you use it for the shows on there. I probably watch Netflix every single night after I put my daughter to bed. Netflix is my time. I always have it in the background like right now while I’m writing this! *Ps..im currently watching The Good Wife.. WATCH IT!!! ITS SO AMAZING! So many of these shows i absolutely didn’t expect for me to love! But hey, don’t judge a book “movie” by its cover right?! 😉

Now I’m in Canada sooo unfortunately we don’t have all the amazing shows that the American Netflix has BUT we still have great shows on our Canadian Netflix! I love how they’ve been adding more and more new shows and movies almost every month now! Before I swear it was like once a year lol!

Here are some of the shows I’ve watched on Netflix and enjoyed that I wanted to share with you! 

  • Bates Motel 

When his father dies, Norman Bates and his mother open a hotel. But Norman precarious mental state drives them down a dark and violent path 

  • Breaking Bad

A high school chemistry teacher dying of cancer teams up with a former student to secure his family’s future by manufacturing and selling crystal meth.

  • Suits

When he impressed a big lawyer with his razor-sharp mind, a college dropout scores a coveted associate job, even though he has no legal credentials.

  • Narcos

The true story of Columbia’s infamously violent and powerful drug cartels fuels this gritty gangsta drama series.

  • Nashville

Just passing her peak, Nashville country music legend Rayna James is compelled by her label to tour with a rising young diva Juliette Barnes.

  • Orange Is the New Black 

A Privileged New Yorker ends up in a women’s prison when a past crime catches up with her. 

  • Friends

  • The 100

  • Switched At Birth

  • Wentworth

  • Stranger Things

  • Jane The Virgin

  1. So I am one of those weirdos who does not watch TV. Like, at all. I do watch Netflix on occasion though , and my husband has watched almost all the shows above; for me, it is iZombie for the win!!! ONLY show I watch!

  2. Agree with you, we need our “mom” time. I don’t watch TV much but when I do it is Netflix seeing that satellite tv is always on repeat mode, urg. We were thrilled when it became available here in South Africa. Very limited still to view compared to USA but way better than DSTV, lol Will take you up on “The Good Wife” and check it out.

  3. Watched nearly all of them and am still impressed how good they are. The saddest thing about watching series is when you finish the last season and you know there won’t be a next season.
    You have made a really good list of the top 20 seasons.

  5. Okay…. I’m just a bit embarrassed that the ONLY show I haven’t watched on your list is Wentworth. I clearly need to cut out on the tv time haha! Loved your options though- they are all so binge worthy!
